Pick you up from Airport in Cusco (3350 m.a.s.l) . let us know the arrival time of your flight to wait for you at Airport!

In the Afternoon we will visit the Main Square of Cusco and the Cathedral, one of the most beautiful places in Peru, the artwork by Goldsmith and silversmiths is just amazing.

The Temple of the Sun - Qorikancha, Its walls and floors were once covered in sheets of solid gold, and its adjacent courtyard was filled with golden statues

Then, we drive out of the City to visit the impressive Fortress of Sacsayhuaman, strategically built on a hill overlooking Cusco, famous for its enormous carved stones, some of them standing over 9 m / 30 ft high and weighing over 350 tons, Our Cusco tour will end at the San Pedro Market where you can a appreciate the typical market of Cusco City.

After the guided tour we return to your hotel.

After breakfast, we will pick you up from your hotel in Cusco and transfer you to the train station. You will take the train through the breathtaking landscapes of the Sacred Valley to the station at kilometer 104. Here you will start your hike following the original Inca trail through the beautiful Andean mountains.

The first Inca ruins you will find are those of Chachabamba, a small archaeological complex that is believed to have once been a watchtower in Machu Picchu. From here the path climbs a gradual slope for three hours until it reaches 2,650 meters (8,690 feet). You will visit the site of Wiñay Wayna, which means "Eternal Youth" in the indigenous Quechua language. The name comes from the perennial orchids that dot the landscape, making Wiñay Wayna perhaps the most beautiful place of the Inca Trail. It is also the last urban center before arriving at Machu Picchu.

Wiñay Wayna consists of 4 main sectors: the urban sector, located in the lower part and containing more than 20 buildings; the ritual sector; the sector of terraced crops; and the sector of the towers, which has the best architecture of the place and that was probably a place of religious or social importance.

After touring the site and lunch, we will continue to the Inti Punku or the "Sun Gate", from where you can see Machu Picchu in all its majesty and grandeur. From Inti Punku you will walk downhill for approximately 30 minutes towards the main ruins of the citadel, enjoying magnificent panoramic views along the way. Then we will take a bus to the mountain town of Aguas Calientes, where we will have dinner and spend the night in a comfortable hotel in Machu Picchu.

At the agreed time in the morning, your guide will go to your hotel, to continue to the bus station. Where to board the bus to reach the incredible wonder of the world "The Sanctuary of Machu Picchu", known as "The Lost City of the Incas".

When you arrive at the citadel of Machu Picchu, enter the entrance tickets and start the tour, visiting the main places such as the Main Square, the Circular Tower, the Sacred Solar Clock, the royal rooms, the Temple of the Three Windows, approximately 2 hours.

Once the guide is over, you will have free time to take pictures and walk around the citadel. Then we will return to Aguas Calientes

After an opportune time, he will return by train to Ollantaytambo, where the transfer driver will be waiting for him to take him to his hotel in Cusco. Overnight at Hotel in Cusco.

arly, at 04:30 am approx. You will be picked up from your hotel in Cusco, to make our beautiful trip to the South Valley of Cusco, located in the southern part of the ancient capital of the Incas (Cusco), the trip will take a duration of 3 hours approximately.

Our first stop will be in the beautiful village of Cusipata where we will have a short break to enjoy our breakfast and after a brief explanation, we will start our trek towards the mountain Vinicunca or mountain of seven colors. We will start with our walk at the foot of the Ausangate, an approximately 2 hour climb, during this trip we will have the opportunity to see the different varieties of South American camelids and the beautiful reflection of the landscape is impressive. When we get to the mountain of colors we will have enough time to take pictures of this enigmatic and amazing place, later we will return walking until arriving to Pampachiri, where we will take our transport to go to Cusipata and enjoy the delicious lunch.

Finally, between 17:00 hours we will be in the imperial city.

What you need to bring/carry:

Suggestions

1- If you are planning to travel to Cusco during the months of December to March, we recommend to bring with you a rain gear since we start the rainy season over here.
However, April to November are the months of dry season, we have sunny days but cold nights

2- If you live at sea level, and planning to visit Cusco, you might experience the Altitude sickness, Cusco is located at 3350 meters about sea level. We recommend a local remedy called mate de coca, it is tea made from coca leaves. This is helpful, but by no means a cure.
Acetazolamide (Diamox ) is drug that has shown good results as prophylaxis and treatment of AMS ( soroche o mal de altura ) It is a prescription drug used in the treatment of glaucoma, and as a diuretic.
